The small-batch blend was crafted from a selection of barrels drawn heavily from the lower first floors of the facility's heat-cycled stone masonry rickhouses.
This specific microclimate exposure minimized intense water evaporation, yielding a slightly lower entry and bottling strength than historical iterations. The unfiltered spirit delivers a deep, unadulterated technical profile filled with dense structural notes of sweet vanilla extract, oaty banana bread, dark baker's chocolate, and dry barrel-char tannins.
