The recipe relies on the core mash bill of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley.
The liquid undergoes a primary aging period of at least four years inside federally bonded, heat-cycled brick warehouses. Unlike standard Woodford expressions that are diluted down to 90.4 proof, this bonded batch is locked at exactly 100 proof. The structural framework isolates more punchy oak-forward compounds, developing a dense mouthfeel packed with cinnamon apple pie, raisin, saddle leather, and heavy baking spices.
