Wild Turkey Cornerstone is a 109 Proof (54.5% ABV) limited-edition Kentucky Straight Rye produced at the Wild Turkey Distillery (DSP-KY-1). As the fourth release in the Master’s Keep series, this expression marks the distillery's first aged rye in the collection, utilizing a traditional "Kentucky Style" mash bill of 52% rye, 36% corn, and 12% malted barley. The liquid consists of hand-selected barrels matured for 9 to 11 years in Wild Turkey’s signature #4 "alligator" char American white oak barrels.
This non-chill filtered rye offers a structurally dense profile with technical notes of honey, baked apple, and black pepper, transitioning into a long, dry finish defined by toasted oak tannins and sweet baking spices. It serves as a high-intent benchmark for enthusiasts seeking the intersection of traditional Wild Turkey spice and extended wood maturation.
