Old Fitzgerald 7-Year-Old is a 100 proof (50% ABV) wheated bourbon produced by Heaven Hill Distillery. This 2025 flagship addition to the brand's year-round portfolio was distilled at the Bernheim Distillery (DSP-KY-1) and matured in federally bonded warehouses. Adhering to the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, the 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley mash bill has undergone a full 7-year maturation in new charred American oak.
The technical profile is defined by notes of graham crackers, floral honey, and light citrus with a structured, approachable mouthfeel. This 700ml non-decanter iteration is distinguished by its slender bottle design, wood-topped cork, and signature clean green label.
