This Highland Single Malt is defined by a technical maturation process utilizing 100% first-fill, sherry-seasoned American oak casks, including both butts and hogsheads.
This specific wood selection is engineered to celebrate the complexity of natural color, emphasizing a profile of sweet caramel, fresh fruit, and light oak spices. After maturation in Speysideās temperate climate, the spirit achieves a harmonious equilibrium between the creamy structural depth of the American oak and the vibrant citrus notes characteristic of the distillery's spirit, presented in packaging featuring a unique "Macallan Edition Purple" hue.
