Produced at NOM 1493 in Tequila, Jalisco, this expression is bottled exactly at the proof it leaves the copper pot still, requiring zero water dilution. Distilled from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave, the spirit is slow-cooked in stone ovens, tahona-crushed, and fermented in open-air wooden vats.
