Fortaleza Blanco Lot 100B is an 80 Proof (40% ABV) additive-free spirit launched in 2020 to commemorate the brand's 100th milestone batch. Produced at Destilería La Fortaleza (NOM 1493), this "unicorn" allocation is technically distinguished by being distilled to proof; the spirit reached its final 40% ABV directly in the copper pot still, requiring zero water dilution before bottling.
Furthermore, it utilizes Highlands agave from Arandas instead of the standard Tequila Valley source, resulting in a unique syrupy consistency and a profile defined by heavy roasted agave, olive brine, and bright citrus. Housed in the signature hand-blown glass bottle, this 750ml limited release remains a primary target for collectors tracking the specific maturation and terroir nuances of the Fortaleza portfolio.
