Part of the distillery's acclaimed Collaborative Series, in which the blending team partners with renowned winemakers, brewers and brandy houses to finish its award-winning whiskey in their used casks. Bottled at 104 proof.
For this Collaborative release Bardstown's straight bourbon was finished in casks sourced from Plantation Rum, the brand known for its aged Caribbean rums. The rum barrels lend tropical sweetness and a soft, molasses-tinged richness to the underlying bourbon. Each Collaborative release is a limited, single-finish bottling, and no two editions share the same partner cask.
