For this collaboration the Bardstown Bourbon Company blending team finished its bourbon in apple brandy barrels from Copper and Kings of Louisville. The brandy casks contribute an orchard-fruit brightness that distinguishes this release from the wine and rum finishes found elsewhere in the series. Each Collaborative release is a limited, single-finish bottling, and no two editions share the same partner cask.
On the nose, baked apple, honey, and warm cinnamon. The palate brings orchard fruit, caramel, and a touch of nutmeg. The finish carries soft brandy sweetness and oak.
