Parker's Heritage 16th Edition 132.2 Proof (66.1% ABV) is a highly allocated, Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced as a limited release by the Heaven Hill Distillery. This 2022 expression features a masterful blend of two distinct aged bourbons. The final marriage consists of 67% 13-year-old bourbon aged on floors 5–7 of Rickhouse Q, which was re-barreled for four weeks in new level-3 char oak, and 33% 15-year-old bourbon matured on floors 2 and 5 of Rickhouse II.
This strategic double-barreling and aging process yields a rich and complex profile of butterscotch, caramel, and dark chocolate, balanced by a deep undercurrent of baking spices and white pepper with a long, oak-forward finish.
