This 2011 expression utilizes the distillery’s traditional bourbon mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye, representing the first wood-finished release in the collection's history.
Originally barreled in 2001, the liquid matured for 10 years before undergoing a six-month secondary finishing period in 3-star Grande Champagne Cognac barrels. This evolutionary process yields a rich and complex profile of golden raisins, toasted almonds, and wildflower honey, balanced by a deep undercurrent of cedar and spice with a long, elegant finish.
