The "Sienna" designation refers to the spirit's deep ochre pigment, achieved solely through prolonged contact with the seasoned wood without the addition of caramel coloring.
Maturation in the temperate Highland climate facilitates a dense integration of Oloroso sherry characteristics, resulting in a structural profile of dried fruits, vanilla, and zesty orange. This 750ml US-market bottling represents the second-darkest expression in the original 1824 Series, positioned between the Amber and Ruby releases to showcase a masterclass in sherry-led wood management.
