Blade and Bow 30-Year-Old is a landmark, ultra-aged expression representing the pinnacle of the brand’s limited-release archives. Distilled in the spring of 1993, this spirit was matured for three decades within the historic, patented rickhouses of the Stitzel-Weller Distillery in Louisville. Director of American Whiskey Nicole Austin oversaw the meticulous selection and blending of just 42 barrels, employing a specialized consolidation process to maintain optimal wood contact throughout the thirty-year maturation cycle.
The technical profile is defined by a non-chill filtered 109 proof (54.5% ABV), preserving a rich concentration of barrel oils and esters. The structural framework is exceptionally dense and chewy, featuring a nose of zesty lemon and cinnamon, with a palate dominated by toasted hazelnut, dark fruit, and a structured, cooling menthol finish.
