This Kentucky straight bourbon was finished in cognac barrels from Maison Ferrand, the respected Charente house. The blending team used the cognac casks to layer grape-driven elegance and dried-fruit sweetness over the bourbon's underlying spice. Each Collaborative release is a limited, single-finish bottling, and no two editions share the same partner cask.
On the nose, grape, dried fruit, and vanilla. The palate brings cognac sweetness, oak, and baking spice. The finish carries soft fruit and warming oak.
