Fully mature, estate-grown Blue Weber agaves are slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens and crushed using a custom mechanical tahona wheel, before being fermented with a pristine 50/50 blend of natural spring water and pure rainwater. The extracted spirit then spent six full years resting quietly in historic George Dickel Tennessee whiskey barrels, striking a rare and delicate balance that allows deep barrel complexities to develop while keeping the bright, mineral-rich agave character front and center.
Presented at a robust barrel strength of 86 proof (43% ABV), this additive-free extra añejo offers a wonderfully rich and sophisticated tasting profile.
