Matured for at least two decades in new, fire-charred American white oak, the 2025 edition was approved by Master Distiller Dan McKee and Master of Maturation Andrea Wilson, announced on November 6, 2025, with shipments to bars, restaurants, and retailers beginning December 1 — a release of fewer than 700 bottles.
