Dos Artes Especial is an 80 Proof (40% ABV) extra añejo, refined Highland tequila produced at Casa Tres Mujeres (NOM 1466) from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave. The technical process utilizes traditional masonry stone ovens for autoclave cooking, followed by roller mill extraction and double distillation in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils. This Reserva Especial matures for a minimum of 36 months in a dual-cask program of new French and American white oak, utilizing a high-elevation maturation climate in Arandas, Jalisco.
The resulting profile is structurally dense, balancing toasted oak tannins with a core of cooked agave nectar, dark chocolate, and allspice. This limited-production 1-liter decanter is a benchmark for high-intent collectors seeking artisanal craftsmanship paired with rigorous barrel-aging standards.
