Yellowstone Select ABC Fine Wine & Spirits Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Yellowstone Select ABC Fine Wine & Spirits Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a private single barrel selection from Limestone Branch Distillery's Yellowstone Hand Picked barrel program, chosen exclusively for ABC Fine Wine & Spirits. Because each barrel is bottled individually, proof and flavor vary from barrel to barrel — the exact proof, barrel number, and fill date for this selection are printed on the bottle's custom label.

Through the Yellowstone Hand Picked program, retail partners select individual barrels of Kentucky straight bourbon aged a minimum of four years. Each barrel is sampled at Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky — in recent years at the Stephen B. Beam Tasting Lodge, named for the distillery's founder, or through mailed sample kits guided by Executive Bourbon Steward Stephen Fante. Program options vary by year — 2024–2025 bourbon barrels were offered at a choice of 109, 115, or 119 proof, earlier Yellowstone Select single barrels were bottled at the flagship 93 proof, and the 2026 Hand Picked Collection is a 250-barrel, 7-year bottled-in-bond edition honoring America's 250th anniversary. A single barrel yields only about 30 six-bottle cases — roughly 180 bottles — making every pick a limited bottling by definition. Custom labels carry the selecting account's name, the barrel number, and the fill date, so each release is traceable to one specific cask.

The whiskey inside carries one of bourbon's oldest names. The Yellowstone brand was established in 1872 and named in honor of Yellowstone National Park, founded that same year; it later became the flagship of J.B. Dant's distillery and the best-selling bourbon in Kentucky during the 1960s. In 2015, seventh-generation distiller Stephen Beam — descended from both the Beam and Dant families — returned the brand to family hands at Limestone Branch, where he oversees every product the distillery creates.

Single barrel picks are the collector's side of the Yellowstone portfolio. Where Yellowstone Select is blended for consistency, a hand-picked barrel captures one cask's singular personality — and once that barrel is empty, that exact whiskey is gone for good. For fans of store-pick bourbon, an ABC Fine Wine & Spirits Yellowstone barrel is a one-time snapshot of Kentucky straight bourbon, chosen by tasting, not by formula.
