Teitessa 15 Year Old Blue Edition is a fifteen-year-aged single grain Japanese whisky presented in the striking cobalt-blue bottle that gives this release its name. Produced in the foothills of Mount Fuji, it spends a decade and a half in American white oak, emerging with the soft, polished character that makes well-aged Japanese grain whisky so easy to love.

The grain at the heart of this whisky is rice, reflecting a production heritage rooted in nearly two centuries of sake and shochu craft. Rice distillate matures into an unusually delicate spirit, and fifteen years of oak contact layers in vanilla, caramel, and gentle wood spice without smothering that lightness. It is bottled at 40% ABV and pours a warm harvest-gold color.

The nose is floral and bright, with vanilla and caramel sweetness. The palate brings toasted almond, apple pastry, honeydew melon, and warm oak, while the long, velvety finish echoes melon, tart apple, and a trace of sherried oak.
