Patti's Boatsinker Pie Moonshine takes its name from the Boatsinker, a dessert so dense it could allegedly send a johnboat to the bottom: a rich, dark double-fudge pie served with coffee ice cream, piled with whipped cream and covered in chocolate syrup. This 50 proof (25% ABV) 750ml shine renders that chocolate avalanche in liquid form.

Of all the dessert expressions in the Patti's range, this is the darkest and most indulgent. Deep cocoa and fudge dominate the palate, shaded by a roasty coffee note borrowed from the ice cream that traditionally sits on the pie, while a creamy vanilla sweetness echoes the whipped topping. It lands closer to a chocolate cream liqueur than a typical fruit shine.

Silent Brigade Distillery in Paducah, Kentucky produces the bottling, starting from a smooth corn distillate and layering in natural flavors so the chocolate reads as true fudge rather than syrup. The modest 25% ABV keeps the body plush and the finish velvety instead of hot.
