This Highland Single Malt is defined by a technical maturation process involving less than 100 casks, primarily first-fill sherry-seasoned European and American oak.
This specific selection is engineered to integrate a subtle, wispy peat smoke with the signature heavy dried fruit and nutmeg profile of the Rare Cask series. After maturation in Speyside’s temperate climate, the spirit achieves a harmonious equilibrium between the earthy structural depth of the peat and the rich, tannic sweetness of the sherry casks, resulting in a full-bodied liquid with a lingering, smoky-sweet finish.
