Heaven Hill Deatsville 13-Year-Old Bourbon Whiskey is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. This 2026 limited release is drawn from just 17 barrels aged on the third floor of Rickhouse AA at Heaven Hill's historic Deatsville campus, bottled non-chill filtered at 109 proof (54.5% ABV), with a 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley mash bill - Heaven Hill's traditional bourbon recipe.
The Deatsville campus was originally home to the T.W. Samuels Distillery and has been part of Heaven Hill's heritage since the early 1980s. The site spans nine Heaven Hill rickhouses with capacity for 167,000 barrels and is the only Heaven Hill aging campus built with tiered roof architecture - a design that creates a natural stack effect, allowing warm air to escape from the upper roof while cooler air is drawn in through lower openings. That airflow dynamic gives Deatsville barrels a maturation character distinct from Heaven Hill's other warehouse sites.
Deatsville barrels have historically supplied a meaningful share of the Parker's Heritage Collection lineage - including the 7th Edition "Promise of Hope" and the 11th Edition Single Barrel release, both drawn from Parker Beam's favorite rickhouse site. The new Deatsville label honors that legacy as Heaven Hill prepares to transition all nine Deatsville rickhouses to regauge-only status over the next 12-24 months, marking the gradual aging out of the campus from active maturation. This 13-Year is the first chapter in a multi-year tribute running through 2027.
