G4 Añejo is an 80 proof (40% ABV) additive-free spirit produced at the acclaimed El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579). Distilled from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave, this expression is matured for at least 18 months in old Tennessee whiskey barrels. Master Distiller Felipe Camarena utilizes "exhausted" wood to ensure the barrel notes of soft vanilla and oak do not overshadow the agave's natural character. The production process features a unique 50/50 blend of rainwater and spring water, combined with tahona-milling and copper pot distillation.
The resulting profile is exceptionally balanced, featuring deep roasted agave, citrus zest, and butterscotch, anchored by a signature mineral-heavy finish. This 750ml bottling represents the technical transparency of the Camarena family and is a primary target for purists seeking an authentic, aged agave experience.
