This technical assembly is a marriage of four distinct recipes: a 13-year-old OBSV (35% rye, delicate fruit yeast), a 12-year-old OESV (20% rye, delicate fruit yeast), an 11-year-old OBSF (35% rye, herbal yeast), and a 9-year-old OBSK (35% rye, baking spice yeast).
Matured in specialized single-story rackhouses, this blend was engineered to balance the bright fruit of the "V" strain with the cooling herbal esters of the "F" yeast. The resulting chemical profile is defined by vibrant notes of orange peel, maple syrup, and ripe berries, which integrate with a structural backbone of clove and mint. The non-chill filtered presentation ensures a lush, oily mouthfeel that carries deep layers of toasted oak and cinnamon through a long, technical finish.
