Clase Azul Reposado 25th Anniversary is an 80 proof (40% ABV) limited-release produced at NOM 1595 in Jesus Maria, Jalisco. Released in 2022 to commemorate the brand’s 1997 founding, this 100% Blue Weber agave spirit was crafted using a volcanic stone tahona to mill a portion of the cooked agave. Technical maturation involved an eight-month aging period in two distinct types of first-use American whiskey casks, imparting profile notes of toasted oak, caramel, and bright citrus.
The 750ml decanter is the brand's first to be fully glazed in cobalt blue and features 25 hand-painted platinum brushstrokes. This edition was strictly limited to a global production of 9,125 bottles, representing one bottle for every day of the brand's 25-year history.
