The Wheated Warehouse Floors Experiment repeated Buffalo Trace's earlier rye-recipe floor study, this time with a wheated bourbon mash bill split across floors one, five, and nine of Warehouse K to see whether wheated distillate responds differently to aging position than rye-recipe bourbon.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the nose, it shows balanced complexity with dancing spice notes.
