Clase Azul Joven Pink 2024 is an 80 proof (40% ABV) limited-release produced at NOM 1595 in JesĂșs MarĂa, Jalisco. This "Pink" edition is a complex Joven expression, blending unaged Clase Azul Plata with select Añejo reserves matured in both American whiskey and port wine casks. The agaves are slow-cooked in traditional masonry ovens for 72 hours and twice-distilled in copper pots.
This 2024 release is a tribute to resilience, featuring a hand-painted pink ceramic decanter adorned with an ouroboros symbol representing the continuity of life. The resulting profile is exceptionally silky, balancing notes of cooked agave and candied fig with a long, velvety finish of nutmeg, cinnamon, and toasted walnut.
