Billing Information

Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.

You acknowledge and agree that Cana Wine Company is not responsible or liable for (1) the availability or accuracy of such web sites or resources; or (2) the content, advertising, or products on or available from such web sites or resources. The inclusion of any link on the Cana Wine Company Site does not imply that Cana Wine Company endorses the linked site.

GIFT CARD’s

Gift Cards must be redeemed through the Cana Wine Company Web site, toward the purchase of products listed in Cana Wine Company online catalog. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card. Gift Cards cash value is 1/10 of one cent. Gift Cards and their use on Cana Wine Company Web site are subject to Cana Wine Company’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift Cards. If you have any questions, please contact us. Cana Wine Company will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is either redeemed through the Cana Wine Company Web site or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the Cana Wine Company Web site. Cana Wine Company may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards.

No Responsibility to Sell Mispriced Products or Services

Cana Wine Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Cana Wine Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Cana Wine Company shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Protection of Content

All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software on the Cana Wine Company Site ("Site Content") are copyrighted materials owned by or licensed to Cana Wine Company. You may not sell, reproduce, distribute, copy, duplicate, resell, modify, display, publicly perform, prepare derivative works based on, frame, mirror, repost, exploit for any commercial purpose, or otherwise use any of the Site Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose without prior written consent of Cana Wine Company or the rights holder. You may not use the Site Content on any other web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose. If you violate any of these terms, your permission to use the Site Content will automatically terminate, you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Site Content, and we may end your authorization to use the Cana Wine Company Site.

The Cana Wine Company mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Cana Wine Company (“Cana Wine Company”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Cana Wine Company’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Cana Wine Company through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Cana Wine Company. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18887300932 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Cana Wine Company mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
