This Highland Single Malt is defined by a technical maturation process primarily utilizing sherry-seasoned oak casks, with a specific focus on the influence of precious European oak.
This wood-selection approach is engineered to celebrate the "peak of the journey," emphasizing a profile of dried fruits, honey, and subtle citrus. After maturation in Speyside’s temperate climate, the spirit achieves a harmonious equilibrium between the spicy structural depth of the European oak and the smooth, rounded sweetness characteristic of the distillery's small copper pot stills, presented in a striking black bottle.
