This 2025 release serves as the inaugural seasonal batch for the calendar year and is sourced from barrels matured for approximately 8 to 9 years in the distillery’s historic brick and metal warehouses. Utilizing the low rye Mash Bill #1 recipe, this expression is bottled uncut and non-chill filtered to preserve the original barrel character.
The maturation in heavy char American white oak has produced a robust profile featuring layers of rich caramel, dark cherry, and vanilla bean. The high proof delivery ensures a thick mouthfeel and a long finish defined by seasoned oak and warming baking spices.
