This limited release utilizes the classic 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley mash bill. The "High Angels' Share" designation refers to the selection of low-yield barrels that underwent significant evaporative loss within heat-cycled maturation warehouses.
This natural concentration results in a dense, viscous profile characterized by rich molasses, dark chocolate, and heavy toasted oak. The final liquid is bottled without chill filtration to preserve the intense barrel-driven character achieved through years of accelerated evaporation.
