This specific bottling features the low-rye "E" mash bill (75% corn, 20% rye, 5% malted barley) paired with the "V" yeast strain, engineered to produce delicate fruit esters.
Matured for 15 years and 9 months in specialized single-story rackhouses, this technical release highlights the "V" strain’s rare ability to maintain fruit integrity over nearly 16 years of oak contact. The resulting chemical profile is defined by dense layers of antique wood, caramelized sugar, and oxidized pear, which cut through the heavy tannins.
