Matured in specialized single-story rackhouses, this blend is unique for utilizing exclusively "E" (low-rye) mash bill components to highlight a softer, more corn-forward structural sweetness.
The resulting chemical profile is defined by vibrant notes of warm apricot, red berries, and rich caramel, which integrate with the delicate baking spices of the "K" strain.
