Booker's Big Easy Batch 7 Year is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon from James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky. Released as Batch 2026-01 and bottled at 129.1 proof, this uncut, unfiltered Booker's release is the first 2026 batch from Master Distiller Fred Noe.
Master Distiller Fred Noe selected the batch from five different production dates across five storage warehouses, aged 7 years, 2 months, and 15 days. Marking the first release of the Booker's Bourbon 2026 Collection, this batch name honors Booker Noe's love for New Orleans and its rich food culture.
Per Fred Noe's notes, on the nose, it shows vanilla and spice. The palate brings a warm, robust profile, and the finish carries a long, lingering character. The pour shows Booker's darkest, deepest amber and henna color.
As the first 2026 Booker's batch, this named release is closely tracked by collectors building a complete Booker's run. Bottled at full barrel strength with no chill filtration, it rewards a few drops of water and drinks well neat or over a single large cube.
