Master Distiller Fred Noe selected the batch from seven production dates aged in eight different warehouses, aged 7 years, 1 months and 20 days. Marking the second release of the Booker's 2025 Collection, this named batch honors Booker Noe's beloved backyard pond. A place where he spent a lot of time raising bluegill and catfish, spending time with family and enjoying sunny afternoons.
Per Fred Noe's notes, on the nose, it shows very inviting, vanilla and oaky notes. The palate brings very nice with sweetness, and the finish carries complementary, completes the experience well. The pour shows Booker's darkest, deepest amber and henna color.
A 2025 Booker's release, this named batch is closely tracked by collectors building a complete Booker's run. Bottled at full barrel strength with no chill filtration, it rewards a few drops of water and drinks well neat or over a single large cube.
