Bardstown Bourbon Company Foursquare is a Blend of Straight Whiskies from Bardstown Bourbon Company in Bardstown, Kentucky. Part of the distillery's acclaimed Collaborative Series, in which the blending team partners with renowned winemakers, brewers and brandy houses to finish its award-winning whiskey in their used casks. Bottled at 107 proof.
A blend of straight whiskies finished in rum barrels from the acclaimed Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, a partnership with one of the rum world's most respected producers. The blending team chose Foursquare's casks for their dry, complex character rather than any simple sugary sweetness. Each Collaborative release is a limited, single-finish bottling, and no two editions share the same partner cask.
On the nose, brown sugar, banana, and oak. The palate brings molasses, tropical fruit, and spice. The finish carries dry rum sweetness and lingering oak.
