This aggressive, small-batch limited release undergoes the traditional Lincoln County Process of maple charcoal filtration before a secondary maturation in custom-toasted American oak barrels. The Shelbyville, Tennessee climate accelerated the spirit's interaction with the toasted staves, creating a dense, high-viscosity mouthfeel without the heavy tannins of traditional charring.
