Cascahuin Palacio de Hierro is a Reposado Tequila from Tequila Cascahuin in El Arenal, Jalisco, Mexico. This limited release was created as an exclusive collaboration with El Palacio de Hierro, the iconic Mexican luxury department store, and bottled at 88 proof, additive-free.
The Palacio de Hierro bottling sits above the standard 84-proof Cascahuin Reposado and was developed for distribution exclusively through one of Mexico's most established retail names. Production follows the Rosales family's signature Reposado approach: 100 percent Blue Weber agave from the Tequila Valley, brick-oven slow cooking, roller mill extraction, open-air fermentation, and copper pot still double distillation, followed by American oak rest.
It drinks well neat or over a single large cube.
