Cascahuin Mezcla Mate is a Blanco Tequila from Tequila Cascahuin in El Arenal, Jalisco, Mexico. This limited edition release was produced at the Rosales family's NOM 1123 distillery, additive-free.
Production follows Cascahuin's signature Blanco approach: 100 percent Blue Weber agave from the Tequila Valley, slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, fermented open-air, and double-distilled in copper pot stills with copper coils. As a Mezcla Mate-branded special run, the bottling sits outside the core Cascahuin range as a one-off limited edition.
It drinks well neat or over a single large cube.
