Clase Azul Plata is the unaged Blanco expression from Clase Azul Tequila - the Highland artisan tequila in the crystal-clear hand-painted ceramic decanter. The Plata is hand-bottled directly after distillation at Productos Finos de Agave (NOM 1416) in Jesus Maria, Jalisco, at 80 proof / 40% ABV with a 100% organic Highland Blue Weber agave mash, showcasing the brand's distillate with no oak influence at all.

Clase Azul Tequila is produced at Productos Finos de Agave (NOM 1416) in Jesus Maria, Los Altos de Jalisco - the Highland tequila region. Founded by Arturo Lomeli in 1997, Clase Azul is one of the most recognizable artisan tequila brands in the world, known as much for what's inside the bottle as for the bottle itself: each iconic hand-painted ceramic Clase Azul decanter is shaped, fired, and painted by hand by more than 100 artisans in the village of Santa Maria Canchesda, Mexico, and finished with platinum, silver, and 24-karat gold detail on the higher-end expressions.

Production is 100% organic Blue Weber agave - typically 9 to 10 years old at harvest - slow-cooked roughly 72 hours in traditional masonry brick ovens, fermented with the house's proprietary yeast, then double-distilled in copper alembic stills.

Where Clase Azul Reposado leans toward warm oak and Clase Azul Anejo toward deep sherry-cask depth, Clase Azul Plata is the brand's purest expression of Highland agave - the spirit you taste when you take everything else off the table. The bottle itself is a hand-painted Clase Azul decanter rendered in cobalt-on-white patterning, a visual nod to the unaged spirit inside.

On the nose, it shows fresh cooked agave layered with citrus zest, white pepper, and gentle mineral notes. The palate brings bright agave, lime peel, herbs, and a touch of vegetal sweetness, and the finish carries a clean, agave-driven close with lingering pepper.
