Cascahuín House of Rare is an 88 Proof (44% ABV) additive-free Reposado produced at NOM 1123 in El Arenal, Jalisco. This extremely limited collaboration features 100% Blue Weber agave slow-cooked in traditional masonry ovens and extracted via roller mill. Following open-air fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the spirit is double-distilled in copper pot stills. It is then aged for exactly six months in rare Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry casks.
This specific maturation imparts a dark, almost añejo-like hue and a rich, viscous profile defined by sweet roasted agave, raisins, and dried figs, balanced by the distillery's signature volcanic minerality. It is a high-intent release, previously restricted to the Mexico market with approximately 240 bottles produced per barrel.
