The 2003 Ornellaia comes from one of Europe's hottest growing seasons, a year that produced a ripe, generous and opulently fruited style. Now fully mature, this Cabernet Sauvignon-based Bordeaux blend from Bolgheri shows sun-warmed black fruit and dried cherry layered with balsamic, leather, espresso and spice, its tannins resolved into a soft, lingering finish.
