This limited 2017 fourth edition features 100% straight rye whiskey aged for 14 years in new American oak before undergoing a prestigious secondary maturation.
The spirit is finished in rare Armagnac casks sourced from France, which previously held vintage brandy for decades. This process utilizes intense wood interaction to bind the bold, spicy character of mature rye with the deep, fruit-forward elegance of French oak. The profile is characterized by a dense delivery of toasted marshmallow, burnt sugar, and dried plum that transitions into a long finish of dark chocolate and warming clove spice.
