Distilled in the spring of 1993, this spirit underwent 19 years of maturation in new charred American white oak, far exceeding the 17-year statement on the label. This vintage is technically distinguished by its primary maturation on the 2nd, 3rd, and 6th floors of Warehouses I and K. The varied microclimates of these specific warehouse tiers facilitated a 54.7% evaporation loss, which concentrated the liquid into a dense, high-viscosity structural framework.
Bottled at a steady 90 proof, the technical profile is defined by an elegant integration of seasoned oak and dark fruit esters, delivering a "polished" profile of antique leather, pipe tobacco, and salted caramel, underscored by the signature dried cherry finish developed over nearly two decades of controlled maturation.
