This extraordinary whiskey is crafted from Single Pot Still distillates aged between 12-23 years, initially matured in American oak Bourbon barrels. It undergoes a distinctive finishing process in native virgin Irish oak casks sourced from Bluebell Forest, Castle Blunden Estate, Co. Kilkenny. What sets each bottle apart is its unique traceability to one of six individual 130-year-old oak trees, carefully harvested in the Bluebell Forest in May 2013.
