The liquid undergoes maturation in Brown-Formanās signature heat-cycled brick warehouses, where steam heat is used during winter months to prevent dormancy and accelerate wood-spirit interaction. This results in a bold, viscous profile of dark cherry, heavy caramel, and charred oak, balanced by intense baking spices and a long, warming finish.
