Curated by Master Blender John Rempe at Lux Row Distillers, this 2020 release is a technical union of three extra-aged Kentucky ryed bourbons: a 14-year, an 8-year, and a 7-year stock.
The secondary maturation in Cognac wood introduces sophisticated notes of golden raisin, apricot, and soft floral undertones over a robust base of toasted oak, vanilla, and caramel. Bottled as a 750ml small-batch allocation, this expression represents a refined showcase of how French brandy-cask finishing interacts with high-age stated Kentucky bourbon.
