Parker's Heritage 10th Edition 100 Proof (50% ABV) is a highly allocated, Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced as a limited release by the Heaven Hill Distillery. This 2016 expression utilizes the distillery's traditional bourbon mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye, representing some of the oldest stocks ever released in the collection. Originally distilled in 1991, the liquid matured for 24 years in new charred American oak within the distillery's iconic Kentucky rickhouses.
This evolutionary process yields a rich and complex profile of deep oak, leather, and dark chocolate, balanced by a deep undercurrent of dried apricots and tobacco with a long, wood-driven finish.
