- Charity: Proceeds from the sale of the 18,000 hand-numbered bottles went to the Lee T. and Patsy Todd Jr. Development Fund for Music Outreach at the University of Kentucky School of Music.
- Design: The label features the jubilee logo of the Keeneland track, and the top of the bottle is covered in gold wax.
- Signing Event: A public signing event was held at Keeneland on April 15, 2011, where attendees could get their bottles signed by key individuals, including Maker's Mark executives and the retiring UK President.
